What You'll Do:

• Set appointments via phone and other channels to negotiate advertisement space rentals.

• Write lease agreements and build client relationships quickly and effectively.

• Resolve customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date location profiles and campaign statuses.

• Complete lease forms and agreements with attention to detail.

• Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of rent/pricing and overall business operations.

• Proactively seek out learning opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales and customer service expierence.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
